HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) - All three attorneys representing accused Discovery Middle School shooting suspect Hammad Memon have filed motions requesting to withdraw from the case.

Hammad Memon is charged with the murder of Todd Brown. Brown was shot and killed during a class change at Discovery Middle School in Madison in 2010.

Memon is in the Huntsville-Madison County Metro Jail without bond.

Huntsville-based attorneys Bruce Gardner and Robin Clem filed a joint motion asking to be removed from the case because Memon is "ably and competently represented by other counsel".

The other council, James W. Parkman III of Birmingham, also filed a motion asking to withdraw. That motion states his retention agreement was conditioned on Gardner also representing Memon.

The judge has not ruled on either case.

Memon has a status conference set for April 25. His trial is scheduled for June 17.
