Huntsville Stars prepare for home opener

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

The Huntsville Stars are back in the Valley after a stretch of games on the road in Chattanooga.

The Stars home opener is Wednesday at 6:43PM at Joe Davis Stadium.

WAFF 48's Lauren Morrison was able to catch up with the team's mascot, Homer. He was able to teach her a few dance moves that fans might see during the game.

Lauren also talked to the Stars General Manager, Buck Rogers. He said they're looking forward to the new season and new fan experiences.

The Huntsville Stars are offering half off their ticket prices for Wednesday's game if you mention WAFF 48 News reporter Lauren Morrison's name.
