Competency hearing set for woman charged with arson

ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A Marshall County judge will determine if an arson suspect is competent to stand trial.

Investigators said Kimberly Ann Rhodes set her home on fire with her young daughter inside.

The fire was set in 2012 at a home on 2nd Street in Albertville.

Investigators said she set fire to three different locations in the home.

The competency hearing is scheduled for April 29th.
