FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

A man from Red Bay told jurors his side of the story Friday morning as his murder trial enters its fifth day.

51-year-old Hershel Graham shot and killed David Andrasikin November of 2011.

Graham took the stand for more than two hours Friday, telling jurors he begged and pleaded with Andrasik to get off his property and leave him alone before shooting him.

Graham's son testified Thursday that Andrasik attacked him over an issue with a dog.

Prosecutors said Graham never called police, or tried to defuse the argument before pulling his gun.

After one rebuttal witness, court adjourned for the day. The jury will begin deliberations Monday.
