Bail bondsman pleads guilty in shooting apprehension case

HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

James Baugh pleaded guilty to manslaughter at the Madison County Courthouse Friday.

Baugh, the owner of One Hour Bonding, shot and killed 19-year-old Danny Laray Moore in 2010. Police said Baugh shot Moore while trying to apprehend him for a revoked bond.

Baugh faces two to 20 years for the manslaughter charged. He will be sentenced at a later date.
