Two men were arrested on drug charges after Mobile County deputies stopped their car for a traffic violation.

Deputies stopped a vehicle traveling through Wallace Tunnel after they saw the driver texting on two phones and driving with his knee. The driver, Dandre Moore, admitted to deputies that he had been "double texting" since he was 15-years-old.

Moore allowed the deputies to search his car, and they found a pill bottle with 386 oxycodone pills that had been filled seven days earlier for a quantity of 720.

Deputies also found $4,490 in cash in the glove compartment.

The front passenger, Dartavious Moore, had an ounce of marijuana in his underwear, according to the Sheriff's Office. Deputies also found a prescription bottle with the label ripped off and several Xanax inside.

Two women were in the back seat along with a 3-year-old child. The women were released and both Dandre and Dartavious were taken to Metro Jail.

Dandre Moore was charged with possession of prescription drug and possession of controlled substance. Dartavious Moore was charged with first degree possession of marijuana and possession of controlled substance. Alabama State Troopers and Spanish Fort Police assisted with the search.
