FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Franklin County judge set another new trial date for a man accused of killing his girlfriend.
Investigators say Jason Green killed Shay Ledlow in 2011.
According to Russellville Police, Green said Ledlow shot herself.
Investigators say the evidence proves otherwise.
This case has already been delayed four times.
It is now set for trial June 6th.
