LAUDERDALE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Alabama's court of criminal appeals upheld a judge's ruling in Tuscumbia Police Chief Tony Logan's DUI case.

Logan was found guilty last year of drinking and driving.

Logan's arrest happened in Florence in 2009.

A Lauderdale County judge moved the trial to Etowah County to be sure the case had a fair jury pool.
