A Limestone County judge delayed trial for a man charged with capital murder.
Lamar Anderson is accused of killing Wendy DeFoe.
Athens Police found the victim's body near the old Trinity School building in 2011.
Anderson's trial was set for April 29. The trial will now happen August 26.
