The case against the Lacey's Spring man accused of killing a woman on Valentine's Day will go to a Morgan County grand jury.
Rodney Hagood is charged with manslaughter.
Investigators say he killed Stacey Hagood. The couple was divorced several years ago, but continued to live together.
Their daughter discovered Stacey's body in the bedroom of the couple's home.
A court affidavit shows Rodney Hagood reportedly told investigators he pushed his ex-wife during an argument, she fell and hit her head and died.
