It was signed, "United States Veteran - God Bless."
Ford, who lives just outside of Boston, according to TODAY, said the sticker on her car reads "Half my heart is in Afghanistan."
Ford said she found the note after she came out of a restaurant and it brought tears to her eyes.
Three days after the picture was posted, it had nearly 2-million "likes" and about 50,000 comments.
