HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville police arrested a man in connection with a burglary at a Huntsville grocery store.
Police said surveillance video caught James Irving breaking into the Kroger on Oakwood Avenue late Saturday night.
According to police, the video showed him get inside the store through the roll-up warehouse door.
Police said he filled a shopping cart with food and left.
Officers said an employee found Irving passed out in front of an old Huddle House on North Memorial Parkway with the shopping cart.
Irving was taken to Huntsville Hospital. After doctors treated Irving, police arrested him.
