HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A University of Alabama-Huntsville hockey player was injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday.
According to UAHHockey.com, 22-year-old Sophomore Kyle Lysaght was a passenger in a car when it collided with another vehicle on Johnson Ferry Road in Atlanta, Georgia.
The car carrying Lysaght hit a utility pole and he was taken to a local hospital.
UAH Athletic Director, E.J. Brophy said Lysaght underwent a few surgeries and he remains in stable condition.
