ARDMORE, AL (WAFF) -
Two students are in trouble after hitting a teacher at Ardmore High School.
School officials said two students got into a fight when a teacher jumped in to stop it. That's when the teacher was hit.
The teacher is ok, but the students have been disciplined.
The superintendent said the disciplinary action team will review the facts and recommend if future disciplinary action needs to be taken.
The superintendent commends the teacher for doing his job. He said he takes any action against a teacher seriously.
