HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Huntsville doctor
pleaded not guilty to harassment charges Friday.
A warrant was issued
earlier this week for the arrest of Dr. Amish Bharat Shah after a report was
filed against him by a Huntsville Hospital employee.
Shah turned himself into
police Thursday. A trial date is set for May 30.
Shah, a nephrologist, is
an independent member of the medical staff at both Huntsville Hospital and
Crestwood Medical Center.
