FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -
Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened early Friday morning in Florence.
Investigators said the armed robbery occurred at 4:00 a.m. Friday at the Quickstop at the intersection of Royal Avenue and Hermitage Drive in Florence.
The offender is described as being a white male approximately 5'7". He was dressed in all black and entered the store with a gun while the clerk was on her way back from taking out the trash.
