Posted: Updated:

Shavon Coleman scored 24 points despite a stomach virus and LSU survived a scare after losing most of a 23-point lead, holding on to beat Georgia 68-63 at the SEC Tournament in Nashville.

Johnny O'Bryant added 12 points and 12 rebounds for his fifteenth double-double of the season, and Andre Stringer scored five of his 16 points in the final minute to overcome a 32-point effort by SEC Player of the Year Kentavious Caldwell-Pope.

LSU (19-11) advances to play No.1 seed Florida Friday at noon.

Johnny Jones' Tigers are now 10-5 in their last 15 SEC games. Georgia falls to 15-17.
