BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A man pleaded not guilty to 50 counts of child pornography Thursday morning.

David Burke, 61, of Baton Rouge, was arrested on May 10, 2012 on 100 counts of pornography involving juveniles.

He was taken into custody after an investigation by the Attorney General's High Tech Crime Unit, East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, Homeland Security and State Police.

A trial date has not been set.
