HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Federal agents have arrested a murder suspect from North Carolina who they say was hiding out in Huntsville.
23-year-old Kelvin Kennedy II was taken into custody without incident a home on the 3600 block of Judd Avenue around 6:45 Thursday morning. Investigators with the FBI said he was hiding under a staircase when agents raided the home.
According to the Roanoke Rapids Daily Herald, Kennedy is the last of five suspects to be captured. He's accused of killing Christopher Rawls during a home invasion robbery in Jarrat, Virginia last November.
Parker is being held in the US Marshal's custody in Huntsville until he can be extradited to Virginia.
