FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -
A grand jury indicted Cedric Lee Taylor on first degree rape charges.
Taylor, 26, is accused of raping a woman during a party at his home in 2012.
Investigators said both knew each other but were not together at the party.
The woman told police she went in the bathroom, and Taylor walked in and raped her.
Taylor remains free on $50,000 bond.
