ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -
The Limestone County Courthouse will look a lot different after Saturday.
Crews blocked off Marion Street Saturday morning to take down two aging cedar trees.
The trees have been standing in front of the courthouse as long as anyone can remember.
It's all part of an ongoing multi-million dollar renovation project on the square.
