DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Two DeKalb County teenagers face drug charges after drugs were found in their cars on school property.
Sheriff Jimmy Harris said a school resource officer at Geraldine High School arrested 18-year-old Jacob Wade of Dawson Thursday.
After a k-9 alerted the officer, a search found marijuana and drug paraphernalia in Wade's car.
In a separate incident, school resource officers at Sylvania High School arrested 18-year-old, Cody James Wooten of Henagar.
A search of his car found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
The search was made after school workers alerted officers that Wooten smelled like marijuana.
