FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -
A Lauderdale County grand jury indicted a Florence man on a charge of criminally negligent homicide in connection to a fatal wreck.
The wreck happened in May 2012 on Paradise Drive in Waterloo.
The indictment states Derek Clayton was driving while under the influence of alcohol when his Jeep flipped.
21-year-old Cole Sellner was killed. Passenger Kelly Clayton was treated for injuries at a Florence hospital. A third passenger was not hurt.
Derek Clayton will be arraigned March 22.
