HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police arrested convicted sex offender, Anthony Eugene Waterman, Thursday afternoon on more sex charges.
Waterman had a prior sex offense conviction and was registered as a sex offender in Madison County.
He is now charged with rape, sodomy, and chemical endangerment of a child.
Huntsville Police investigators released specific details about the charges or the nature of the alleged attack.
Waterman is currently in the Metro Jail, and bond has not been set.
Waterman was arrested in February for violation of the sex offender act.
