NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A Nashville man is accused of holding his ex-girlfriend and her mother hostage in their home and threatening to light the women on fire.
The woman had a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend, but he showed up again. He snuck into the home and put a knife to the victim's throat. The victim's mother and 10-year-old son were home at the time.
Police said Reginald Green put the ex-girlfriend and mother on a bed, repeatedly sprayed lighter fluid and flicked a lighter, threatening to burn the women.
The victim said this went on for five hours.
When the ex-boyfriend decided to take a bath, the women got away and called 9-1-1.
Green was charged with aggravated kidnapping.
