NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Tennessee State University seniors will be returning to a historic place on campus when they graduate this spring.
The university announced Wednesday that its commencement ceremony will be held in Hale Stadium for the first time since the 1970s.
Morning and afternoon exercises will also be combined into one single event.
The stadium recently got a $1 million facelift that included better seating and restrooms.
