DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
One of the three people accused in a Decatur double murder went before a judge on Wednesday.
Ezekiel Gholston entered a not guilty plea in Morgan County court.
He is accused of killing Jeff Graff and Jesse Aguilar at a Krystal's restaurant back in 2011.
It was his first court appearance since a judge denied his youthful offender request a few weeks ago.
Jordaan Creque and Cassandra Eldred also face capital murder charges for the murders.
The district attorney said he plans to seek the death penalty for all three suspects.
