HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Bankruptcy and a possible eviction could shut down a Huntsville club.

Catfish Entertainment, the parent company for Crossroads, filed bankruptcy in January.

The owner of the building that houses Crossroads in downtown Huntsville filed a motion in federal court asking for the right to go forward with the eviction process.

Crossroads was the scene of a shooting back in January.

The owners are also being sued in connection to another man shot at the club in 2009.
