HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A man charged with arson after police said he threw fire bombs at two homes in February, now has an attorney.
Investigators said Craig Emerson targeted homes on Hilltop Terrace and Knollwood
Drive in Huntsville. Neither home had structural damage.
Emerson had a felony exam hearing this morning, where he was given a court appointed attorney.
He was not at the hearing because he's still in jail on a $120,000 bond.
