A man that's been on the run for eight years, accused of rape in Alabama, is now behind bars.
Authorities found 54-year-old Cheeley Hunter in Sylvania, Ohio. He was charged with three counts of rape.
Cheeley was arrested for raping a 14-year-old Baldwin County girl.
He fled the state before his trial in 2005.
Someone tipped off the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force regarding Hunter's whereabouts.
Hunter will be extradited to Alabama to face the charges.
