NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
Two Tennessee State football players have been suspended after they were arrested for vandalism.
According to the team's head coach, Michael German and Joseph Johnson are accused of jumping on the roof and hood of a fellow student's car last month.
According to police, the pair caused more than $3,000 in damage, and both have been charged with felony vandalism.
German, a redshirt sophomore, was a successful quarterback last season before being benched for violating team rules.
Johnson is a redshirt sophomore defensive back who transferred to TSU from Marshall University.
