FORT PAYNE, AL (WAFF) -

Burglary victims say they want more than answers in Fort Payne. They want the people behind several recent burglaries caught and thrown in jail.

Police have some video they hope leads to an arrest, and they have thrown in a $300 reward as well.

Nearly a half dozen homes on and around the Elizabeth Drive area of north Fort Payne were burglarized last Friday.

A home surveillance video shows the vehicle to be a Chevrolet S-10 Blazer between a 1998 and 2003 model that is white in color.

Fort Payne Police said the suspect goes to the door and checks the door to see if it's open. If nobody is home, he breaks in.

Police believe someone out there knows who he is and is asking the public's help in identifying him.

They also say they have cause for concern.

"What concerns us here at the police department, he is stealing some firearms.  There's been four or five firearms stolen so far, along with jewelry and laptops," said Michael Grant with the Fort Payne Police Department.

If anyone has any information concerning who this person may be, contact the Fort Payne Police Department.
