HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Court documents filed Tuesday in Madison County District Court state Madison County District Attorney Rob Broussard will personally prosecute the case against a man accused of killing his wife and son.

Huntsville Police officers were contacted by Leeds Police. Officers found the bodies of Krista and Zachery at their home on Chicamauga Trail.
The couples two daughters are now with family members.
