A Marshall County man will
serve time in prison for trying to run over two men at a bar.
A judge sentenced Brian Anthony
Raines to more than seven years in prison.
He pleaded guilty to
assault in October, 2012.
Prosecutors said Raines
got into a verbal altercation with a customer and a bouncer at Jekyll and Hyde Bar
in Arab in 2011.
He then tried to run over the men but ran
over a motorcycle instead.
