Accused killer Stephen Marc Stone will have his first court appearance on March 20.
Stone is accused of killing his wife Krista, and 7-year-old son Zachary.
Law enforcement officers responded to a home on Chicamauga Trail
Sunday morning, on February 24 after being called out for a welfare check. When they arrived, they found the bodies of 32-year-old Krista
Stone and 7-year-old Zachary.
He has been held in the Madison County Jail without bond since his arrest Sunday, February 24.
