HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Work started on Monday on utility projects needed for Twickenham Square.
The $85-million project is going up on the former council courts public house site in downtown.
The site will include a hotel, a Publix grocery store, a restaurant, and other retail shops.
That work will affect Saint Clair Avenue from Turner Street to Fackler Street, which will be closed for around three weeks.
