A Madison County judge set a June 10 trial date for a former teacher's aide charged with sodomy.
Madison Police say the victim was younger than 13 when the abuse happened.
Michael Horton worked at Providence School in Huntsville. He worked for Huntsville City Schools for about 10 years.
Investigators say the abuse happened between July and December 2008. According to police, the abuse happened in Madison but was not reported until the child moved to Texas.
