BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled on Monday for the suspects in a gruesome Chilton County murder.
Tonya Vandyke and her boyfriend, James Osgood, are charged with capital murder in the death of 46-year-old Tracy Brown. Vandyke is the victim's cousin.
Investigators say Brown was in her Clanton home when she was beaten and sexually abused, before her killer slit her throat back in 2010.
Authorities say a motive will be revealed in courtroom proceedings.
