UAH baseball canceled Saturday - WAFF-TV: News, Weather and Sports for Huntsville, AL

After multiple delays, the University of Alabama in Huntsville's baseball game against Valdosta State was canceled today due to inclement weather.

The announcement came at 5:15 p.m., after a discussion between coaches and umpires. The two teams will play a doubleheader tomorrow beginning at 12 noon.

After one inning complete and two pitches into the second, the umpires called for a delay with snowy and windy conditions. The Chargers were leading 1-0 at the time.

Tonight's game will be canceled and the two teams will play a doubleheader tomorrow starting from the very beginning as two new ballgames.
