HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Slick roads Saturday morning may have caused a dump truck to overturn, backing up traffic in Huntsville.
The truck wrecked on Hobbs Island Road near Ditto Landing just before 8 a.m.
Police said the driver went off the road, over-corrected, and the truck landed on its side.
Police closed off a section of Hobbs Island Road for about forty-five minutes while the truck was pulled upright and hauled away.
The driver was taken to Huntsville Hospital with minor injuries.
