HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
An early morning fire in West Huntsville caused major damage to a home and garage.
The fire broke out around midnight at a home on the 3900 block of Ninth Avenue.
Firefighters managed to keep it from spreading to the main part of the house, but the it did some major damage to the back part of the house and garage.
Two people live at the home. One was in the home when the fire started but was not injured.
Investigators have not determined yet what caused the fire.
