When it comes to chicken, some like it hot, including the prestigious James Beard Foundation.
The group - known to celebrate the best restaurants and chefs in the country - has named Prince's Hot Chicken Shack in Nashville a recipient of its America's Classics Award.
The award is given to local, timeless restaurants that reflect their communities.
Four other restaurants across the country also received the award this year, and the recipients will be honored at the Lincoln Center in New York.
