HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The Madison County coroner released the causes of death of the mother and son found dead in their South Huntsville home last weekend.
Craig Whisenant said Krista Stone was strangled, and her 7-year-old son, Zachary Stone, was strangled and drowned.
Stephen Marc Stone, the husband and father of the victims, is in jail without bond, charged with two counts of capital murder.
Services for Krista and Zachary will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Dothan First Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park.
