A judge decided to continue Devante Nance's bond hearing today.
Nance faces robbery and kidnapping charges in connection with a home invasion in Toney.
Nance's
defense attorney asked the bond to be lowered, but since the charges are so
serious, the judge wants more time to talk with the lead prosecutor.
Nance is charged with one count of burglary, three counts of robbery and three counts of kidnapping. His Bond is set at $290,000.
