GRANT, AL (WAFF) -
A former Marshall County commissioner was cut following a domestic dispute with his son.
Jason Heath Saint, 31, is now jailed on first degree domestic violence charges.
Grant Police say Pelmer Saint was taking his son home with him after his trailer caught fire.
They say Jason was intoxicated and pulled a knife on Pelmer, cutting his hand.
The former commissioner told police he would drive himself to the hospital.
