MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
The Alabama Department of Corrections says it has recaptured an escaped inmate.
Javoris Fuller escaped from Red Eagle Work Center around 3:30 p.m. but was recaptured around 4:15 p.m.
Fuller was sentenced out of Montgomery County on October 10, 2008, serving two (2) 25 year sentences for trafficking and distribution of a controlled substance.
Fuller's expiration of sentence date is scheduled for August, 16, 2031 with a possible parole hearing in April 2013.
The US Marshals Fugitive Task Force assisted
