FRANKLIN COUNTY, TN (WAFF) -
The man who confessed to the rape and murder of a Tullahoma, Tennessee nursing student wants to withdraw his guilty plea.
Donnie Jones Jr. said he now wants a jury to decide the case.
Jones pleaded guilty to the murder and rape of Meagan Sharpton.
Investigators found her partially burned body last summer in Franklin County, Tennessee.
Jones claims his attorney coerced him and prosecutors threatened to charge his wife if he didn't take the plea deal.
