HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A trial date has been set for accused Discovery Middle School shooter, Hammad Memon.
He is set to go on trial on June 17th.
Memon is accused of shooting and killing 14-year-old Todd Brown during a class change at Discovery Middle School in 2010. His trial was originally scheduled to happen last summer, but was delayed.
Hammad Memon is in the Huntsville-Madison County Metro Jail without bond. A judge revoked his bond after Hammad and his mother were apprehended in Texas in April 2012. Investigators said they were planning to leave the country.
