Jury selection will begin Tuesday for a man accused of threatening his son's principal and bringing a gun on campus.
Thomas Smoak is charged with making a terrorist threat and having a weapon on school grounds.
Investigators said Smoak got upset over the way the Athens High School officials handled his son's suspension.
