RUSSELLVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Russellville Police said a murder suspect hospitalized for self- inflicted stab wounds is improving.
Angel Campos Nava is accused of stabbing and killing his estranged wife, Lesley Plott.
Police found her body Friday morning on North Jackson Avenue in Russellville.
Nava remains in Huntsville Hospital under guard.
He is charged with murder.
